CONSTITUTION: A 1st inverted logical gate 1 constitutes a TTL interchangeable stage, and the input terminal of the gate 1 is connected to a signal 2 inputted to an input stage. The output terminal of the gate 1 is connected to the input terminal of a 2nd inverted logical gate 3 and the output terminal of a 3rd inverted logic gate 4. The output terminal of the gate 3 is connected to the input terminal of the gate 4 and the output terminal 5 of the input stage. The gates 3, 4 constitute a toggle circuit or a Schimitt trigger circuit. First and second terminals are prepared for selection signals 7, 10 to be applied to the gate 4.
