Pulses (e) in a number equivalent to that of violation pulses and the error pulsed, which occur on the side of the plus polarity, are outputted by the T-flip flop 4, an invertor 2 and an AND gate 5. Then, a pulse (i) equivalent to the number of the error pulses are outputted by a similar method from the pulses (e).
